Britney Spears has addressed reports that she was "out of control" after an alleged fight with her rumored boyfriend in a hotel.

According to Page Six, an ambulance was called to Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles at around 12:42AM on Thursday morning (May 2).

Sources familiar with the 42-year-old 'Toxic' songstress told TMZ that the incident stemmed from a fight she had with her rumored partner, Paul Richard Soliz.

“We received a 911 call reporting an adult female, who had been injured,” Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Brian Humphrey confirmed. “The caller did not have much information regarding the nature of the injury. We sent one ambulance to the location.”

The ambulance remained at the scene until 1:17AM but did not transport anyone to the hospital.

A report by TMZ alleges that cops were notified after some sort of "disturbance," claiming that a woman matching the 'Stronger' hitmaker's description was "harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests".

The outlet also claimed that Spears hurt her leg after getting into "a huge altercation that we're told turned physical" and was "out of control" in the hallway of her suite which led to paramedics being called.

Pictures obtained by the publication reveal Spears holding a white pillow and what seems to be a brown blanket outside the hotel. She was also reportedly surrounded by her bodyguards.

Soliz, who was her former housekeeper, was spotted standing next to her in a blue flannel shirt and black jeans.

The 'Baby One More Time' singer took to Instagram to speak out about the reports, claiming that paramedics came to the luxury hotel “illegally".

“Just to let people know … the news is fake!!! I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger every day!!!" she wrote on her social media account.

"Truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie? Goddesses out there, I’m reaching my higher power and furthermore, I hope you guys are too!!! I need a new toothbrush right now,” she added.

She continued: "PS … I need an expresso. PSS… Not sure why I feel the need to share this … I guess I’m just a girl and I’m on my period so I’m bi***y … s***t!!!"

Spears explained that she "twisted" her ankle last night which is why "paramedics showed up at [her] door illegally".

"They never came in my room but I felt completely harassed. I’m moving to Boston!!! Peace," she concluded.

She also later shared a video showing her ankle looking swollen after claiming to have "tried to do a leap in the living room of the Chateau".

The latest ordeal occurred shortly after the Grammy-award-winning singer settled her divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari late Wednesday night.

The pair had called it quits in August 2023 after 14 months of marriage.

"The divorce was amicable and the prenup was not challenged," a source told PEOPLE. "Britney is continuing to flex her freedom and is moving on."
