Whoopi Goldberg did not hold back after noticing an audience member was filming The View panel during a recent show.

Members of the audience at live ABC News show are not allowed to record or take photos during filming, but, they are allowed to keep their devices to take pictures at certain times when cameras aren’t rolling.

So, when the 68-year-old actress saw someone recording while she and her cohosts discussed the news that a New York appeals court had agreed to slash the bond in Donald Trump's fraud case, she wasn't too happy.

Goldberg interrupted co-host Sunny Hostin to address a man sitting in the stands at the live show by getting up from her seat and stating: "Hold on a sec, hold on."

Watch the awkward moment below:

The EGOT winner walked over to the left side of the studio, before telling the mystery attendee: "Sir, I have to stop you with the camera because I can see you. So do me a favor, don't pull it out again."

The man could be heard responding to Goldberg, but his words were unintelligible to audiences at home. However, what he was saying seemed to please the actress as she replied: "I appreciate that. Thank you."

As she walked back to her seat, some members of the audience started applauding her while her co-host Joy Behar asked: "What was he doing?" to which Sara Haines replied: "Recording."

Once the moment was shared on X (formerly Twitter), viewers praised The Colour Purple star for reprimanding the individual.

"Not Whoopi going into mother mode and telling that man to put his camera up! #TheView," one user reacted, while another said: "I'm glad Whoopi didn’t wait until commercial to address that man. Hopefully, she deterred any other fool from trying to sneak record the show."

A third person said that it was "disrespectful" for the unnamed man to record, and added: "Just enjoy that ur in the audience at live show."

A fourth quipped: "Whoopi wasn’t playing today! Y’all better come, sit down, and act like you got some damn sense," while one more said: "Whoopi’s NOT in the bs mood today!!!! Mama is snapping quick on yall!!!! Tread lightly !!!"

Meanwhile, others said the Academy Award winner didn't need to snap at the audience member, as one user criticized: "Why couldn't she have waited for a break... Whoopi always doing the most."

"Why do they care if the person records? It’s a live show. I like Whoopi but hate her as the moderator," a second viewer wrote. "So #Whoopi is the security, the moderator, the producer, the stage manager, and one cranky woman this morning," someone else joked.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the audience member Goldberg called out was allowed to stay for the rest of the show, despite shooting a portion of the program.

Later in the segment, Goldberg was interrupted again, this time by someone off-camera urging her to toss to Hostin for one of the 55-year-old's "legal notes".

After seeing the Ghost actress' reaction, Behar joked: "Whoopi is not in the mood today for your shenanigans!"
