Kelly Osbourne has denied rumors that she's been using Ozempic and instead has revealed other techniques she's been implementing into her life to keep her figure in check.

After giving birth to her son Sidney Wilson in 2022, the 39-year-old opened up about how she managed to lose the extra pounds in such a short space of time.

Addressing the rumors that she is using the popular drug primarily used to treat Type 2 diabetes, she denied that she was ever using it.

“I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don't know where that came from. My mom took Ozempic,” she told Extra in a recent interview.

“I had gestational diabetes, and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy, otherwise I was at a higher risk of actually getting diabetes, which I did not want," she continued before going on to confirm what helped her shed 85 lbs so quickly.

“I cut out sugar and carbohydrates and I rapidly lost weight," she added.

It comes shortly after the star referred to the Ozempic trend as "amazing."

Speaking to E! News on the red carpet at Dolly Parton's Pet Gala event earlier this year, the star made some controversial comments about how people were hating on those who use Ozempic to lose weight quickly because they were too broke to afford the treatment themselves.

"I think it's amazing," Osbourne told the outlet on January 30. "There are a million ways to lose weight, why not do it through something that isn't as boring as working out?"

She was then asked what she thought about the backlash towards the trend.

"People hate on it because they want to do it," the former reality TV star said. "And the people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or pi**ed off that they can't afford it. Unfortunately, right now it's something that is very expensive but it eventually won't be because it actually works."

Naturally these comments did not sit well with social media users, and many took to X to slam the online personality for her remarks.

"Diabetics can’t get life-saving treatment but Kelly Osbourne is putting it down to hating and being broke," wrote one user while another also agreed writing: "I love Kelly Osbourne and always admired growing up, but her take on ozempic is worse than last week's trash. My mom had to wait 6 months to be able to get a prescription for her diabetes. Rich people are the worst I hate it here."

A third branded her comments as "tone-deaf."
