Reba McEntire has shared a post addressing claims that she allegedly called Taylor Swift "an entitled little brat".

Earlier this week, a Facebook page titled America Loves Liberty wrote in a post that the 68-year-old Country music icon had an issue with the 34-year-old Grammy-winning singer.

"Reba [McEntire] talks about how disappointed she was to look up at the big screen while performing The National Anthem, only to see Taylor Swift laughing and drinking and making a mockery of the event," the post said.

The platform added that McEntire allegedly responded to Swift by saying: "I let her have it afterward. She's an entitled little brat."

Over on Instagram, the 'Does He Love You' vocalist shared a screenshot of the America Loves Liberty post and denied their claims.

"Please don’t believe everything you see on the Internet. I did not say this," she said, before adding: "Taylor is a wonderful artist, strong role model, and has done so much good for so many people and the music industry."

Many fans took to the comment section to praise McEntire for setting the record straight, as one user remarked: "Anyone who: 1- watched the game. Knows this isn’t true because they showed her during the performance and she was standing and respectfully holding her hand over her heart," adding: "2. Reba wouldn’t be that unnecessarily confrontational and rude."

Another chimed in: "So sad Reba even has to make a comment about this and sadder some believe it!" while a third person said: "Reba is a very classy nice woman. She would never say that."

"Reba McEntire is one of the most kind and caring people in the world. I don't believe half the things I read on the internet," someone commented, while one more added: "Anybody who has actually been a Reba fan for a minute now would KNOW Reba would never act like that. With gentle hands and the heart of a fighter..... She's a survivor."

During Super Bowl LVIII, Swift was on hand to support her beau, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, whose team ultimately beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22.

Meanwhile, McEntire was dressed in a striking gold blazer complemented by embellished black pants and a statement gold belt buckle as she performed a beautiful rendition of the national anthem.

The veteran singer has been a longtime fan of the 'Karma' songstress and revealed in a video shared on NBC's TikTok that she first knew Swift would be a star when she saw her perform her song 'Tim McGraw' from her debut self-titled album in front of the musician himself.

"[Taylor] walked down the steps looking right at Tim McGraw singing, and I’m like, 'This girl’s gonna be a huge star,'" McEntire said. "Number one: to walk, sing, walk downstairs at your icon that you’re really wanting to sing to and impress without a flaw. I mean, I was impressed."

Looks like there's no bad blood between the two stars.
