A bride was left furious after 141 of her guests refused to come to her destination wedding.

Taking to Facebook, an American bride-to-be called Sara decided she wanted to vent about her friends and family after only seven of them decided that they'd be willing to come to her wedding, which was set to take place in Thailand.

"When we invited our friends and family to our destination wedding in Thailand, only nine people RSVP'd. Out of 150!!! OK, I get it, paying $3,000 to share my special day is too much for some of you. I'd pay for yours, but whatever," she started the viral post.

"But then, when we changed the wedding to be in Hawaii, so it's within everyone's reach, only seven of you RSVP'd? It costs less but less of you want to come? Is that what you think of me? You can't spare $2,000 to come share our happiness?" she continued.

I mean, I don't know many people who have $2,000 to spare, do you?

Anyway, Sara then doubled down on her stance and decided to punish her guests further.

"I'm tempted to just elope and not let any of you be part of our happiest day. This is it guys, you have three days to respond to our e-vites or we're deleting you off Facebook and good luck keeping up with our lives then," she stated before adding: "And don't get me started on the registry - only the cheap stuff is gone, I swear I thought I had better friends.

"[My husband] and I are asking you to reconsider," she concluded.

I don't know about you, but this entire post is giving only child vibes. Have a look below:

Others agreed, slamming Sara as "entitled".

After garnering a lot of attention through her own account, the now-deleted post was screenshotted and posted to a "wedding-shaming group" as per the Daily Mail, who noted that it was not well-received there either.

"I wouldn't even spend a fifth of that. Maybe a tenth for my best friends - but with no present," one user commented under the screenshot while another added: "I wouldn't spend $2,000 to go to any wedding. If I'm spending that kind of cash I'm doing something for me."

A third also pointed out: "Judging friendships by how much money they spend on you really is bottom of the barrel. I wonder if she even has one real friend. Probably all suck ups who fake laugh at her entitled stories."

"Does she not understand people have jobs and kids or just simply don't want to spend thousands on someone else's wedding?" another social media user stated.

"If I was her friend I’d save her a job and unfriend myself after reading that," this person commented.

And I second and third that.
